  24. ->Try just powering down your monitor, and also try moving your video cable...

  26.    Also, just for kicks, look at your motherboard battery.  It is right next
  27. to the on-board flickerfixer.  I havn't heard of a leaking battery causing a
  28. problem like this, but when you consider the proximity...
